Congratulations to the following students who will be representing you on the OMS Student Voice Team this year. 

6th Grade:  Brittany Miller, Zayne Johnstone, Paige Holt, Lainey Clairday, Marleigh Marion

7th Grade:  Lilly Louden, Lilly Pliska, Karis Brogan, Sofia Teske

8th Grade:  Zander Springer, Carter Holtzbauer, Erin Mellis, Ellie Cannon, Paige Mathis, Ella Arnold, Stylar Ross, Haleigh Helminiak

We will have our first meeting, in Mrs. Smith's math classroom, tomorrow (September 11th) at 7:30 a.m.

Good Luck Football boys! They have a scrimmage in Hudson today.

The Onsted MS Cross Country team ran at Madison HS, both Boys and Girls finishing in 5th place.

For the Girls, Stylar Ross finished in 5th place out of 84 runners. Mattison Ruttkofsky finished within the top 25, placing 22nd.. Those who also scored for Onsted were Ella Arnold, Lily Louden, and Hadley Schaefer.

For the Boys, Zander Springer finished in 11th place out of 86 runners, followed by Noah Jackson and Kolton Turbeville finishing in the top 25. Those who also scored for Onsted were Hayden Jackson and Zayne Johnstone, and Justin Kirchner broke his personal best time from last year by 20 seconds.

Next up is a meet on Thursday at Meckley's Fruit Farm.

OMS Yearbook applications are due September 18th—see Mrs. Smith, 8th grade math teacher.

Youth and Government meeting will be Thursday during 7th and 8th grade lunches in Ms Sherman's room.
