Popcorn day! Popcorn will be forsale during lunches for $1 or a PBIS ticket.

The Onsted MS Cross Country team ran amongst the apple trees and had some treats at the Meckley's Flavor Fruit Farm Invite.

The Onsted Girls raced against a great crop of runners, placing a close 6th place among 13 schools. For the Girls, Stylar Ross won a medal finishing in 4th place out of 97 runners. Samarah Huffman broke her personal best time set in 2023, finishing 23rd. Those who also scored and broke their personal best times were Lily Louden, Mattison Ruttkofsky, and Hadley Schaefer.

The Onsted Boys ran hard and picked their spots to a hard fought 7th place finish. Zander Springer won a medal, placing 19th among 142 runners. Noah Jackson finished 28th, followed by Kolton Turbeville, Hayden Jackson, and Zayne Johnstone who broke personal best times and scored for the Boys.

Next up for the Onsted MS Cross Country team is our home meet at the Onsted Village Park on Wednesday. Come cheer us on!

OMS Yearbook applications are due September 18th, Next Thursday—see Mrs. Smith, 8th grade math teacher.
