Congratulations to the Youth in Government Students.
The past three days these students represented OMS very well.
Lena Marsh was elected Speaker of the House and was in charge of the Red House of Representatives.
We also passed many of our bills through committees.
Lena Marsh, Klair Baker, Grace Wright, Chase Goldbach and Sophie Smith all had bills that were voted into law.
For the very first time we also had a Contemporary Issues Group that debated issues of Artificial Intelligence. Ava DeLand, Avery Parks, Grace Teske and Zaden Koepfle did very well for the very first time.
Great job by all of our YIG members.

Good luck to boys 7/8th grade basketball as they are traveling to Madison tonight.
