 "HAT DAY" Must pay a $1 to wear a hat. 


-The Sucker Pull is open.....We had 3 winners yesterday!  It is 50 cents a sucker, and if you pull a winner, you win a candy cup prize. You are welcome to buy suckers as long as I am available and there is not a class in the Media Center.

-Today is the Preview Day for 7th and 8th grade.

-Please remember that Monday is Special Person's Day...You are welcome to bring someone special to the book fair to shop with you any time Monday

DC trip registrations are coming to an end.  Our first bus is full and we almost have the second bus full too.  If you are interested in going on this trip you must register (no payments needed at this time) by Tomorrow.  All 8th graders and parents interested in going on the trip need to log in to the Student Adventures website (www.studentadventures.org), create an account and put their name on a waiting list this week.  Our trip code is OMS2442.  Any questions, please contact Mrs. Heather Smith.


8th grade BOYS basketball players. Today, Coach Schultz will be in the gym at the beginning of 8th grade lunch.


The Onsted MS XCountry team traveled to Sand Creek to compete against 14 teams and 234 athletes.
For the Onsted Girls, Klair Baker finished in 9th place. Alana Ramsey finished 28th with a new seasonal best time. Samarah Huffman and Stylar Ross both finished with new personal best times, while Maggie Springer finished in 51st position and 4th place for the team.
For the Onsted Boys, Garrett Smith edged out John Pfeffer by finishing in 45th place with a new seasonal best time. John finished with a new personal best time. Also with new personal best times were Aidan Pliska and Noah Jackson. Rounding out the team scoring for the boys was Zander Springer, who ran hard against tough competition from Adrian and Napoleon.

Next up for the Onsted MS XCountry team is a meet at Bliss field on Saturday against Lenawee's best runners! Come cheer us on! Go Cats!
