Any 7th or 8th grade girl interested in participating in basketball this season, please stop by the office to sign up. There is also an information page in regards to start dates and other details about the season. Please make sure you take a sheet and give it to your parents so they are aware of the information needed in order to participate in tryouts on Tuesday, January 20, in the elementary gymnasium.  

The Onsted 8th grade boys basketball team played one of our better games of the year, losing at home to a tough Ida team. Abel Kopka scored 8 points, Kellen Kimbrell 4 points, Brycen Lamb 2 points, and Eli Bartha 1 point. Nate Gust made a tough layup under duress, got fouled, and knocked down the free throw to complete a 3 point play Trammel Valasek played smart and aggressively, playing tough defense and completing some nice passes.

Our 7th grade boys hosted Ida and lost a close game.  Ida -27  onsted 20. Our kids have continued to grow as teammates and as basketball players. Great team effort.
