Attention cast of Little Mermaid. Please return your completed conflict calendars and contracts with parent signatures by the end of the week. We cannot create or release a February rehearsal calendar without it.
Rehearsal for next week will be from 3:15-5:00 for those of you in Act 1 Scene 1 (Ariel, sailors, pilot, Prince Eric and Grimsby) on Monday and Tuesday February 3th and 4th. Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle as we will be learning choreography for Fathoms below.
Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 5th and 6th, Ariel, Ursula, Flotsam and Jetsam will be called to begin blocking your scenes from 3:15 to 4:45pm.
The 7th Grade Lady Cats commenced their season with a big win over the Royals! Delaynie Rumsey led the team in scoring, dropping 16 points. Ellie Cannon was a spark plug and provided 12 points on the offensive side. Paige Mathis and Paisley Murphy played great help side defense, with aggressive looks on offense. Stylar Ross, Alex Tuttle, and Jess Frederick worked hard and had great hustle on both ends of the floor. Way to go girls!! Keep working hard!
The 8th grade Lady Cats opened their middle school season with a hard fought contest but fell short to an aggressive Blissfield team. Lydia Sutherland, Karoline Wilharms, Jordyn Adams, Maggie Springer and Maddie Schultz all put points on the board for Onsted. Several players grabbed key rebounds and made key defensive plays. Proud of their teamwork and looking forward to their growth! The next contest will be Monday as they travel to Hudson middle school.
