8th Graders interested in being an Omega Day team captain be sure to check your Math Google Classroom...applications can be found there and needs to be submitted this week.  See Mrs. Smith (math lady) with any questions.

The OMS Boys and Girls Track Teams traveled to Clinton on Tuesday and in a close meet came out on top 68-66.  First place girl finishers on the night were:

Klair Baker - 3200m & 1600m

Alana Ramsey - Long Jump

Lillian Briggs - High Jump

Maggie Springer - 800m

4X100m relay team - Addisan Thompson, Maci Baughey, Jordyn Adams, & Avery Parks

4X200 m relay team - Grace Wright, Alaina Parker, Selena Spicer, & Alana Ramsey. There were also multiple 2nd & 3rd place finishes.  

Boys team won 82-51. The Boys first place winners were:

Jacob Ohlman 70 meter dash

Wesley Garrison 400 Meters run

Garrett Smith 800 meter run

Elijah Huffman mile 

Andersen Marsh 55 meter hurdles

4x1 team of Keefe, Spicer, Leyland and Marsh

4x200 team of Keefe, Spicer, Savage and Ohlman

4x4 team of Leyland, Cannon, Gray and Smith

4x800 team of Garrison, Durfey, Huffman and Smith

The Onsted Athletic department will be providing student-athletes an opportunity to get their athletic sports physical for the 2024-2025 school year on Monday, May 13th from 8:30am-4:30pm in the HS athletic wing. $20/physical per student by walk-in or appointment.
