 Onsted Middle School Announcements, Tuesday, November 7, 2023

7th and 8th grade YIG members meet in Mr. Aiken or Mr. Hoffman's classroom during lunch.

The 7th grade boys basketball team opened up the 2023 season with a win over Hudson.

Mason Jacobs, Kolton Sherwood, Jacob Hill, & Aiden Pliska combined to score a total of 31 points for the Wildcats while Luke Pfeffer and Brenden Cannon played outstanding defense contributing to many timely steals and deflections. The players exhibited remarkable teamwork, resembling a close-knit family on the court. Their dedication and unity were truly the driving forces behind a well-deserved win. The Wildcats finished with 52 points total.

Onsted 8th grade boys basketball beat Hudson at home by 15 points.  It was a total team effort lead by aggressive defense.  Carter Gillean lead all scorers with 10 points.  Zaden Koepfle ran the offense providing several assists and 9 points.  Taryn Cabla played tough defense denying the wing pass and denying the post.  Great job by the whole team!

Hat Day this friday, if you would like to wear a hat bring a dollar to do so! Money go towards Student Council activities for you!.
