Onsted Middle School Announcements, Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022
The 7th grade boys lost the season finale against the Clinton Red Wolves. Carter Gillean and Parker Paquin lead the Cats on the offensive end with Jacob Ohlman and Brady Belfy were the catalyst on the defense end. What a phenomenal year - the significant rise in productivity that the boys made was outstanding from the start of the year to the end. As a team, and more importantly a family, the Wildcats came together and proved to show handwork, determination, and grit in league play. The boys did a fantastic job representing their family’s, schools and community. Coaches could not be more proud.
The Onsted 8th grade basketball team lost to a tough Clinton team on the road by 7 points. Trey Wagner lead all scorers with 9 points, hitting three 3’s. Bryce Adams had 8 points, Lucas Arnold had 7 points, and Connor Kish had 6 points. This wraps up a successful season. This Onsted team played with high intensity, hustled, worked hard, and had great attitudes all season. Congratulations on an overall successful season!
