It's getting close to Thanksgiving, and Mrs. Permoda would like to know....
"What Does Being Thankful Mean To You?"
If your ELA class is visiting the Media Center before Thanksgiving, you will have a chance to fill out a slip at that time.  If not, I will make sure your teacher gets slips for those of you who would like to participate.  Please make sure your name and ELA teacher's name is clearly written on the paper.  Mrs. Permoda will have staff throughout the school judge for winners from each grade.  Only answers that have been thought out, and are meaningful, will be considered to win a book, poster, and of course, some sugar!

Canned Food Drive starting Friday. Toys for Tots book is set up in the front entrance.

Boys basketball game: The Onsted 8th grade beat Dundee by 11 on the road.  We played with intensity and passion in the second half.  Bryce Adams lead all scores with 13 points.  Sean Symington had some great post moves and drives to the basket scoring 8 points.  Nolan Rumsey and Carson Garrison had several rebounds and each scored 4 points.  Colton Chamberlain played aggressively going to the basket, getting fouled and making a free throw.

The 7th grade boys came out VICTORIOUS over a tough Dundee squad 21-8. Jacob Ohlman set the tone for the wildcats on defense causing nonstop deflections, steals, and turnovers. Anderson Marsh added two blocks to solidify the strong defense performance. Parker Paquin lead the team as a playmaker offensively with many timely assists and clutch buckets for the cats. Carter Gillean had a strong performance from the charity stripe finishing 4-4 from the line. Both Carter and Parker knocked down 3 pointers to space the floor for the the 7th grade boys. The team continues to play hard each and every possession.--
