Good Morning Onsted Middle School, Today is Tuesday, March 1, 2022

Fat Tuesday! Get your calories in today!

Dance this Friday, Best behaved students will only be allowed to attend. Tickets cost $5 at the door. Lite refreshments will be served. You will need to have a ride at 4:59pm. You may not leave the dance and come back. 

Congratulations to Mrs. George on her Completion of her 1/2 Marathon at Disney this past weekend! 13.1 miles of running!

Mrs. Permodaa would like to announce the kick off for the Lenawee County Bookmark contest. Your ELA teachers will have the bookmark forms available in their classrooms starting today.  Bookmarks will be due at the end of March and winners will be put in a final contest for a $100 visa gift card.  The theme is "Oceans of Possibilities"

 

Reading Month

Our 8th grade girls traveled to Hillsdale and took down the Hornets 18-8. The girls of Ava Kurowski, Megan Hunt, Yolanda Casarez, Sydney Keefe, Alexis Edwards & McKenna Szul played solid defense and were able to eliminate much of Hillsdale's offense. Hannah Hill led the scoring with 13 points while Aubriegh Smith added 6. The girls are now 5-3 on the season.
