Daily Announcements Thursday, February 24, 2022

Good Morning Onsted Middle School, Today is ThursdayFebruary 24, 2022

The seventh grade team lost to a tough Hudson team 22-7. Leading the offense were Lauren Terakedis and Kayla Gerken. Hadley Ross played tough defense down low for the cats while Izzy Raglow’s scrappy ball pressure led to several steals and deflections.

The 8th grade girls traveled to Hudson and came home with an exciting overtime victory 27-26. The team hung together through adversity and showed a lot of grit and determination. Hannah Hill had a monster game with 17 points and played through injury. Jaylen Lambka and Aubreigh Smith each added 6 points, while Alexis Edwards and Lily Chamberlain also had important baskets. McKenna Szul came off the bench to provide a boost to the defense late in the game as well.  Great win ladies...

Keep working hard, working together and being great teammates!

The girls play again next Monday at Hillsdale with a 5:00 start.

Attention Talent Show participants! Today is the last day we are accepting applications. Also, there will be NO after school practice today due to a staff meeting.
